I design van interiors.
I'm Daniel. I live on the Olympic Peninsula and I build van build blueprints for people who want to build out a van but don't know where to start.
Background
I've designed van interiors for years - electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation, storage, sleeping, cooking. I know what works and what doesn't, and I've learned where the information online falls short.
Previously I offered this as a Fiverr listing. The listing got flagged (not removed for cause - flagged, meaning something in the listing triggered a review), and I never remade it. The market is still there. Vanlife is a huge niche with a lot of people who want to build but don't know how.
Unlike a local service business, this is a digital product - no travel, no phone bot, no SEO. Just a website, a delivery mechanism, and a way to find customers.
How I work
- You tell me what you want - a description, sketch, video, or rough 3D model of your van and what you want inside it.
- I review your input and tell you which package fits and what I need from you.
- You send me what I need. I build the blueprint.
- I deliver the blueprint - SketchUp model, build order, buy list, tutorial suggestions.
- Two rounds of adjustments based on your feedback.
What I deliver
Every blueprint is a SketchUp model of your interior layout plus a written build order, a buy list with approximate prices and source links, and tutorial suggestions for each major step.
The Premium Build Plan adds electrical, plumbing, and ventilation design, a weight distribution estimate, and a one-hour video call to walk through the blueprint.
What I don't do
- I don't build the van for you - I'm the architect, not the contractor.
- I don't source or purchase materials for you - the buy list tells you what to buy and where.
- I don't do exterior mods, engine work, or suspension unless we explicitly agree beforehand.
- I don't guarantee your build will go smoothly - I provide a plan, not a warranty on the outcome.
